On September 11, the ex-factory price of light caustic soda was 1500-1650 yuan (ton price, the same below), an increase of about 650 yuan from the beginning of August; the new order terminal price of heavy caustic soda was 1900-2050 yuan, which was an increase of about 1,000 yuan from the beginning of August.

Industry insiders believe that the recent overall operating load of soda ash manufacturers has been relatively low and the market supply has decreased, while the downstream glass industry continues to improve, and demand for soda ash has increased. It is expected that the market price of soda ash will continue to rise in the short term.
