Skyline (002759) announced on the evening of August 2 that Xintai Materials, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Cathay Huarong signed the "Lithium Hexafluorophosphate Strategic Cooperation Agreement." According to the agreement, Cathay Pacific Huarong promised to purchase from Xintai Materials first, and to ensure that 60%-80% of the annual purchase volume is given to Xintai Materials. In 2020, it has been determined to purchase no less than 2500 tons of lithium salt from Xintai Materials. In 2021- Procurement volume in 2025 will grow at a compound growth rate of not less than 20% on the basis of 2020.

In addition, Xintai Materials promises to give priority to ensuring Cathay Pacific Huarong’s procurement needs. Later, with the growth of Cathay Huarong’s demand, it will simultaneously expand its production capacity and select opportunities to expand production between 2021 and 2025.
