The company improved its hydrogen chloride production capacity, released the capacity of the chlor-alkali production line, and reduced production costs through the implementation of the hydrogen chloride system optimization transformation and synthesis furnace automation technology transformation. The by-product steam increased from 25 tons per day to 55 tons, saving more than 2 million yuan in annual steam costs. They also carried out the optimization and transformation of the water mist trap and acid mist trap of the chlorine system to improve the stability of production. The annual chlorine treatment capacity was increased from 90,000 tons to 128,000 tons to meet the high-load production chlorine demand of the TDI industry chain.
