Tianye Group Tianwei Chemical Plant, with an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons of caustic soda, has organized technical reforms for the soda ash condensate project. Recently, it has realized the recycling of lye vapor condensate.

As an important part of the production process of the caustic soda, how to recycle and use the alkali vapor condensate becomes the key to achieve energy-saving goals. Through the technical transformation of Tianwei Chemical Plant's technical research team, the flake alkali steam condensate is cooled by 7°C water. After cooling, the condensed water below 25°C is used for the polymerization discharge line flushing and wall spraying, which reduces the amount. Pure water consumption achieves energy saving and consumption reduction. At the same time, it also changes the previous 0 °C water heat transfer process, which greatly enhances the stability of the refrigeration system while greatly enhancing the stability of the entire system.
